Whale Watching Tours of the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary
Monterey Bay is calling!
To book tickets on public tours, click the calendar and choose a date. If you would like the boat to yourselves on a scheduled public tour simply buy all six tickets. Private charters with custom start times are also available. Email to inquire: [email protected].
Coronavirus Update: California and Monterey County currently have no Covid-19 restrictions, so masks are generally not required on our boat. If you you are medically vulnerable, let us know and we will gladly do all we can to protect you. The online checkout will require agreement to Covid protocols just in case restrictions are reinstated.
For Private Charters, “Call to Book” dates, and requests for dates not available through the calendar, please email [email protected] with the number of people, public tour or private charter preference, and date(s) to reserve your spot. Or use our Contact Form. Thank you!

Love our whales? Want to help them?
Please support the Whales of Guerrero project! This nonprofit is helping the Mexican fishing town of Barra de Potosí, near Zihuatenejo, develop a sustainable economy while protecting our humpbacks in their winter home. Learn more and DONATE to our favorite whale-focused community resilience project. There are school programs, safe whale watch captain training, citizen science training, and an amazing mentorship exchange with the famously successful Baja California gray whale watching network of Laguna San Ignacio. Katherina Audley of Portland, Oregon runs this fantastic program on a shoestring of private donations so let’s help keep it going!
